Refund policy

Jet eSim shall promptly refund payments for services that do not function, which are otherwise not usable by you, or which are no longer needed due to trip cancellation, change of plans, or any other reason, provided that no data has been consumed by the related service. Any Prepaid eSIM plan which consumes more than 10% of the plan’s fixed data allowance, or any Unlimited eSIM plan which consumes more than 1 GB of data over any period of time, will be deemed to have been successfully provisioned and activated on the network, and will be non-refundable. Please allow us at least 48 hours to attend to your refund request and check all the details of your eSim. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. In order to receive a refund, you must submit a request for a refund via our Refund Request Form.
  2. Refunds may be received in the form of a credit to the original payment method.
  3. In the case of a refund issued to the original payment method, the refund will be issued to the original payment method from which the corresponding payment was received by Jet eSim, and it will be your sole responsibility to communicate with your financial service provider in case of any failure to receive a refund transaction.
  4. Only payments made within thirty (30) days of a submitted refund request shall be eligible for a refund.
